Continuing from part 2, when a thought is not expressed, it occupies space and becomes a stubborn tenant. This leads to accumulation and accumulation leads to illness and then disease.

Therefore working back, every illness and disease is a problem of non- expression or suboptimal expression of thoughts due to non- conducive environments- Lifestyle problems- lifestyle diseases.
