Continuing from part 1, a thought should find full expression. If not expressed, it holds up space and puts a spoke in the wheel of creativity.
A thought can be fully expressed when the environment is conducive for full expression., the characteristics of which could be as follows-
It allows more than directs
Understands more than judges
Consists of people who lead by example than use force of submission
Encourages failures
Fosters care, compassion and feelings of blessedness
